  2. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
  • Refund issued to your original payment method (Fapshi, Mobile Money, or card)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
